Keith (Captain Williams), was a very important part of my life.  As a young cadet, he always maintained a calm demeanor that made you feel like you were listened to.  As an older cadet he was always honest and encouraged his cadets to be the best they could regardless of where they came from.
As a new member of the Canadian Forces, he always has words of wisdom and clarity.
I strive to be the best I can be because of his tutelage and I will never forget his impact.  I only hope that I can set the example he did for so many years.

Goodbye Sir.

My sincere condolences to the Williams family.  Mr. Williams was my favourite teacher in grade 10 at West Kings High School.

Dear Elspeth and family,
I was shocked and saddened to read of Keith's passing in our local paper. Please accept my sincere condolences.  It has certainly been a long time (early 70's) since I would regularly see you, Elspeth, and Keith at the house on Mountainview Avenue. Keith was a great guy and always had a kind word. Take comfort in all of your cherished memories.  My thoughts are with you.  - Marg
