We were so sorry to hear of Ivan's passing. He was such a sweet man. We loved watching he and Linda driving by our house taking their dog for his daily outing, ears flapping in the wind. That alone says so much about who Ivan was. He will be missed. Our deepest condolences.

So very sorry to hear of Ivan's passing. He was always a great, genuine guy. I still have fond memories of playing ball with him and Joey in the side yard down in Kaiser's Crossroad. Thoughts are with you all.
